been seven months since their debut with ‘10 out of 10’ and boy band
2PM are already on a roll with the release of their second single album.
Produced by JYP once again, the boys are equipped with hot new beats
that seem to follow the popular trends of today’s Korean music.

album starts off with ‘What Time Is It Now’, a short one-minute intro.
With strong beats and dramatic instrumentals, the number seems to catch
one’s attention right away. Just when it’s over, the title track
‘Again&Again’ begins. Right from the start, the electronic synth
sounds lure listeners into the song, leading them into some
bass and the boys’ vocals. This upbeat dance number incorporates both
singing and rapping which I feel matched well with the instrumentals.
Included in the album is an R&B mix of ‘Again&Again’ which
gives the song yet another feel.

The next song is ‘I Hate You’,
which is a medium-tempo R&B number which once again incorporates
some synth that seems to be very popular today. The number starts

seems pretty dramatic, yet modern. The last song is ‘I Might Not Come
Back’, which is very similar to the previous track both in style and

2PM’s second single seems to be very similar to their debut one; the title track is very refreshing with funky beats
and sounds which I feel would entice fans and non-fans alike. The rest
of the tracks were also well made; however I felt that there was
nothing unique about them. So for the majority of the listeners out
there, ‘Again&Again’ is probably your best bet.
