CNBLUE’s Kang Minhyuk to Most Likely Join the "Highkick 3" Cast

As the new cast for the third season of the hit sitcom series “Highkick” comes to a close, it has been revealed that CNBlue’s drummer Kang Minhyuk will most likely join the cast.

A representative of the sitcom stated, “We are already far into the progress of finalizing details. If we can work around Kang’s end of the year concert schedules, it is most likely that he will be able to take part in the production.”

On the 28th, FNC Music stated that Kang Minhyuk “did audition for the part, but [that] nothing’s officially finalized,” and were careful about their choice of words.

Kang Minhyuk made his debut through the drama “It’s Okay, Daddy’s Daughter.” He has also recently garnered a lot of attention due to being casted along with bandmate Jung Yonghwa for “You Fell In Love With Me,” which is scheduled to start airing on June 29th.

Shooting for “Highkick 3” will start as soon as casting is finalized and will air toward the latter portion of the year on MBC.
