Oh Won Bin Successfully Completes Japan Tour + Joins "Heartstrings" Cast


Former FT Island member Oh Won Bin successfully completed his “WON BIN SECOND MINI ALBUM RELEASE TOUR” in Japan. Starting on June 21st, Won Bin held concerts in Nagoya, Osaka, and Tokyo with an audience of 2,000.


The tour was led with one of Oh Won Bin’s newests songs “Good For You,” along with self-arranged and -composed “Love Song,” as well as “Always,” for which he took part in composing.

Oh Won Bin also performed “Falling Slowly” and “This Time,” two official soundtracks from the movie “Once.”

After he finished his performance Oh Won Bin stated, “Because I’ve only released two albums, there weren’t many songs to perform, but I will work on new songs when I go back to Korea and show a newer me. Please show your love and support.”

Oh Won Bin debuted in Japan in March, and he will be returning to Korea to continue his promotions. Won Bin will also be joining the cast for MBC drama “Heartstrings,” along with FNC Music labelmates Jung Yong Hwa and Kang Min Hyuk of CNBLUE in the fictitious band “The Stupid” as a guitarist. Details regarding his role in the drama have yet to be announced.

“Heartstrings” aired its pilot episode on June 29th at 9:55PM KST, and the second episode will air tomorrow, the 30th, at the same time.
