Choi Kang Hee Becomes Anne Hathaway in "The Devil Wears Prada"?!

In SBS’s upcoming drama “Protect the Boss” following “City Hunter,” Choi Kang Hee featured a scene similar to the one in “The Devil Wears Prada” starring Anne Hathaway.

In “Protect the Boss,” Choi Kang Hee plays the role of a rookie secretary who is set out to train her sleazy, second generation chaebol boss, Ji Heon (played by Ji Sung). In the first episode, the actress is seen struggling due to Ji Heon’s numerous errands. She takes multi-tasking to a whole new level, as she’s seen carrying coffee and food bags in her hand, along with a diary and files under one arm, while answering her cell phone.

This scene presents a striking resemblance to the scene in the Hollywood movie “The Devil Wears Prada,” where Anne Hathaway plays a co-assistant named Andrea Sachs. She is noticeably flustered while running multiple errands for her powerful and demanding fashion magazine editor Miranda Priestly, played by Meryl Streep.

Meanwhile, the funny rom-com “Protect the Boss,” starring Choi Kang Hee, Ji Sung, Kim Jae Joong, Wang Ji Hye, will be air its first episode on August 3rd.
