After School’s UEE Reveals her 1000 Kcal Diet Plan!


After School’s Uee’s diet plan has been creating much buzz lately. On yesterday’s episode of SBS’s “Night of TV Entertainment,” Uee revealed her secret diet plan which enabled her to maintain the healthy, toned, S-line figure she has now!

She pulled out a whole grain drink while stating, “Usually, I pack my own lunch.” She explained, “This drink can even substitute one meal since it contains black beans, wheat, brown rice, soy milk, and honey.”

The sleek star also unveiled her self-packed lunch box, which was composed of brown rice, tofu with dried bonito, and a chicken breast salad. It was revealed that the meal didn’t exceed 1000kcals in total (half bowl of brown rice: 150 kcals, whole grain drink: 110 kcals, chicken salad: 205 kcals).

Lastly, Uee commented, “Many people seem to starve themselves when they’re on a diet, but that doesn’t help. You can lose weight more easily by eating well.”
