Celeb Style File: Lee Da Hae

Celeb Style File is our weekly in-depth look at a celebrity’s real-life style.  This week, we’ve chosen to feature the beautiful Lee Da Hae, who shot to fame by starring in the hit 2005 drama “My Girl.”  Here we look at her public appearances during the past couple years.

With her statuesque frame and picture-perfect face, Lee Da Hae has been in high demand to headline not only the hottest dramas, but also lots of CFs.  Her naturally elegant image is enhanced by a razor-sharp sense of style; last year, Lee Da Hae picked up an award for her fashion know-how at the China Fashion Awards.  For red carpet events, she chooses the latest designer gowns and pairs them not with boring barely-there sandals or nude pumps, but seriously complex footwear.  For more casual events, she takes it down a notch but often accessorizes with a delicate Chanel handbag.  Her style is feminine and very high-end, and although she does experiment a lot, she doesn’t take any huge risks.

Favorite outfit: We like a lot of her outfits and can’t really pinpoint a favorite.  However, our coworker likes the last dress!

Least favorite outfit: We wanted to love the figure-hugging gold gown at the 2010 KBS Drama Awards, worn a year later.  We do think she looks gorgeous, but there’s something about the way the gold/nude lace neckline climbs up from one side that kind of throws us off.

As always, if you have suggestions for celebrities to feature, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate!  See you next weekend!
