T-ara and Davichi will release a duet single on Christmas Eve under the title, “We Used to Be Lovers.” Produced by Cho Young Soo and K-Smith, the same people who wrote “Cry Cry,” “We Used to Be Lovers” will have heavy piano and violin sounds with heartbreaking lyrics. The song will also be featured at the end of T-ara’s upcoming 23-minute music video for “Lovey Dovey” in January.
This is not the first time the two groups have worked together. In 2010, they released “Wonder Woman,” in collaboration with SeeYa, and next month they are hosting the “K-Pop Power & Beauty” concert in San Francisco.
Davichi is holding their year-end concert, “Davichi, Adieu 2011 Concert-Reflection,” on December 27 in Seoul. T-ara will wrap up their promotions for “Cry Cry” by the end of this month and start another round of promotions with “Lovey Dovey” on January 1.
