Mithra Jin from hip hop group Epik High was discharged from the military today on May 14. Mithra Jin joined the army in 2010 and served at Korean Defense Media Agency for 21 months. During his service, Mithra Jin participated in numerous events as an entertainer and a performer to boost the morale of soldiers.
Previously in March, Mithra Jin stayed with Tablo all throughout Tablo’s father’s funeral during his vacation. Currently, the two Epik High members Mithra Jin and DJ Tukutz do not have an agency. Tablo signed an exclusive contract with YG Entertainment in 2011, but did not mention anything about disbanding Epik High. As of now, there is always a possibility of seeing the trio under the name of Epik High in the future.
Epik High made their official debut in 2003. They have multi-hits like “I Remember,” “Day of Peace,” “Fan,” “Fly,” Run,” “Map The Soul” and won numerous Best Hip Hop Artists awards from several music awards ceremonies.
