This weekend, 2NE1 held their opening performances for their, “New Evolution World Tour” at the Seoul Olympic Park Stadium. During the show the ladies performed their previous hits as well as some special solo stages for the crowd.
Member Sandara Park performed her 2009 song, “Kiss” for her solo stage. Prior to the song, she addressed the crowd, “Are you having fun? I’m having a lot of fun. You know that I am known for my new fresh image. But I am the original wild woman. Today I’m going to do something special. I want to bring a male fan up on stage.”
The male fans in the audience began waving wildly hoping to be chosen. Dara scanned the feverish crowd finally finding her target, “With this being the beginning of our first world tour, an international fan should be chosen.”
She led the male fan to the stage where he received an up close and personal performance by Dara. While he sat on stage she serenaded the lucky fan with her song “Kiss.” When the song ended Dara was sitting on his lap and even planted a kiss on his cheek. The audience reacted to the display with positive cheers and jealous shouts.
