Earlier today, the production team unveiled new teaser stills of the actor hard at work at a fitness center in Cheongdamdong. In the scene, Cha Seung Jo (Park Shi Hoo) is in the middle of a private yoga lesson when his father Cha Il Nam (Han Jin Hee) storms in. Surprised, he almost falls mid-pose. Despite repeating the scene and moves over and over again, it’s been said that Park Shi Hoo’s almost-fall was very convincing and comedic.
Park Shi Hoo revealed, “I’ve actually done yoga for some time. However, I had to appear like I wasn’t good at yoga for this shoot. So I had to be shaky and wobbly for the camera.” He continued, “These days, I can’t work out much because I’m busy filming, but when I have time, I keep up my stamina by doing yoga, water training, and walking.”
Moon Geun Young and Park Shi Woo made their small screen comeback through SBS’s “Alice in Cheongdamdong.” In the series, Moon Geun Young plays a rookie designer named Han Se Kyung. Despite her deepest efforts, she just can’t seem to break away from poverty. She decides that the only way she can leave her old life behind is to marry into one of the wealthy families of Cheongdamdong. Park Shi Hoo play Cha Seung Jo, the youngest CEO of Artemis, the leading luxury goods distribution company. He doesn’t trust women after a bad breakup, but deep down, he’s still a romanticist who believes in true love.
“Alice in Cheongdamdong” will air its third episode tomorrow, December 8, at 9:55PM KST.
