Comedian Lee Hee Kyung lost a shocking 32 kg over a twenty-week span.

The June 28 broadcast of the KBS series “Yeo Yoo Man Man” presented three female comedians (Kim Min Young, Oh Na Mi and Lee Hee Kyung) with their mothers on a travel episode. During the episode Lee Hee Kyung showed viewers her room and briefly explained why she had so many of her own swimsuit pictures lined up on her mantle table.

You guys do know loosing 70 pounds in 5 monhs is perfectly healthy. She lost 15 pounds each month, and was under super vision.  

There is nothing wrong with how she lost the weight, since it never affected her negatively. The point of he entire thing was for her to loose the weight and become healthy which she did.

All i can say is: wow good job for having enduring this for 5 months and successfully achieved your goal :0 ! It's really difficult.

I don't think that's healthy...practically killing herself if she lost so much in a short period of time. but she looks amazing so kudos to that!

it might sound unhealthy, but since we could see her "weight-loss improvement" on tv (with those workingouts and healthy food) gotta say that it's pretty healthy..

I just hope she lost the weight in a healthy way...a strict but nutritionally balanced diet and a rigorous exercise regime.

also the loose 2 pounds a week is a recommendation, to help you keep the weight off, and is based of average typical results. Loosing more in no way affects your body negatively.  Most people do without even trying.
