During the episode, the idol singer hit the gym after eating breakfast, and completed high-intensity exercises with her personal trainer. Soyou showed that she was able to successfully do deadlifts up to 50 kg in weight, with a perfect posture. She continued her workout session by doing strength training without rest, proving that she puts in a lot of effort in order to maintain her figure.
Soyou surprised the other members of “I Live Alone” with how toned her body is and impressed everyone with her good physical shape.
