In a recent interview with OSEN, Park Jung Min talked about his thoughts about the drama “You’re All Surrounded,” including how he feels about being in a bromance with Ahn Jae Hyun.
“I liked it, it was fascinating. I think of bromance this way: it’s even more comfortable because I’m acting with another guy. Since we’ve become closer, there were parts (of our acting) that exceeded what was in the script. As you know, Jae Hyun is really handsome that he’s beautiful. Jae Hyun is fair-skinned and I’m a bit on the darker side so I became Jae Hyun’s reflector,” Park Jung Min said with a laugh.
Park Jung Min also defended his co-star Ahn Jae Hyun to those who labeled the model-turned-actor as arrogant. Park Jung Min explained that his friend, who is stereotyped because he came from the modeling industry, is actually an actor who acts with his heart.
“Jae Hyun doesn’t have that much experience (in acting.) I also don’t have that much experiences so he was my partner with the similar position. That’s why we depended on each other and had a lot of fun (while on the set.) Jae Hyun acts with his heart. He’s pure and kind,” said Park Jung Min.
In “You’re All Surrounded,” the two actors played the characters of rookie detectives Park Tae Il (Ahn Jae Hyun) and Ji Gook (Park Jung Min) who have formed a close relationship as roommates who also built on their teamwork while in the workforce.
