Celebrities such as BIGBANG’s G-Dragon, Super Junior’s Choi Siwon, 2NE1’s CL, actress Jung Ryeo Won, actor Jung Woo Sung, and supermodels Soojoo and Kiko Mizuhara were among the 700 guests who celebrated the opening of “The Sense of Places,” a CULTURE CHAANEL exhibition held at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) on August 29.
The CULTURE CHANEL exhibition entitled “The Sense of Places” is curated by Jean-Louis Froment, who has also curated the previous editions of CULTURE CHANEL which were exhibited in China and Paris a few years ago. The exhibit features ten sequences that mark the places in Gabrielle Chanel’s life story that helped shape her stylistic language. Over 500 pieces from Gabrielle Chanel’s collection–including photographs, books, manuscripts, jewelry, and many other items–are showcased in the exhibition.
The CULTURE CHANEL exhibition, “The Sense of Places,” will be ongoing from August 30 until October 5 at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza.
