JYJ Tops Japan’s Tower Records Chart Even Without Promotions

K-Pop kings JYJ once again proved their unwavering popularity as they took the top spot in Japan’s “Tower Records” monthly chart for August.

C-JeS Entertainment formally released JYJ’s second full-length album entitled “Just Us” in Japan last late July and their album officially became number one in the monthly chart even without any promotions.

JYJ’s representative expressed their surprise and said, “Up to now there are still restrictions in terms of JYJ’s promotions in Japan but achieving 1st in Tower Records broke through it and its surprising. The fans continuously give their love for JYJ and so (JYJ’s) popularity is still there. We have received a lot of requests from the Japanese fans to perform in their cities and we will try to do our best to confirm (these performances).”

Meanwhile, JYJ is in the midst of their Asia Tour and have expressed their excitement to perform in Japan as well.
