Jung Yong Hwa Tirelessly Films His Action Scenes for “The Three Musketeers”

Recently, the production team behind tvN’s ongoing drama, “The Three Musketeers,” released a making video of Park Dal Hyang (Jung Yong Hwa) and Yong Gol Dae’s (Kim Sung Min) chasing and fighting scenes.

The setting is in a bamboo forest, and Jung Yong Hwa and Kim Sung Min could be seen carrying out their action scenes without any stunt doubles. In the video, both actors have on layers of heavy costume clothing and practicing their actions for their fight scenes.Additionally, they could be seen running continuously throughout the forest. Despite the hot weather and ongoing filming, the two actors seem to be enjoying themselves. Even the VJ had asked them whether they were okay, and Jung Yong Hwa responded humorously, “The sweat makeup is great.” You can view this making film here:

Prior to the day of shooting, Jung Yong Hwa had revealed in a previous interview for the drama in Ilsan, “I think action scenes are fun. There’s a kind of refreshing feeling in sweating until my clothes get wet, and I even get the thought that I would like to invest some more time to film action scenes.”

Meanwhile, Jung Yong Hwa is receiving praise for his acting in tvN’s “The Three Musketeers.” The drama’s sixth episode will air this coming September 21.
