On December 12, the press conference for the upcoming film “Gangnam 1970” opened up with the director, as well as the lead cast including actors Lee Min Ho, Kim Rae Won, and Jung Jin Young in attendance.
During the press conference, Lee Min Ho was asked about what it was like filming alongside AOA’s Seolhyun, who plays the role of the actor’s younger sister in the movie. In response to this question, Lee Min Ho expressed, “The day of filming [with Seolhyun] was a lot of fun. I don’t think I’ve smiled that brightly during the last six months,” as he let out a laugh.
The actor continued, “To be honest, I’m usually very influenced by my character. He’s supposed to be a very dark character, but on the day I filmed with Seolhyun, I smiled a lot.”
About the AOA member, Lee Min Ho also shared, “The look in her eyes seemed sad, so I asked her if there was any trouble at home but she said that her parents get along well and her family is bright. She’s a pretty kid.”
Meanwhile, “Gangnam 1970” is Lee Min Ho’s first movie as the lead, and it’s scheduled to hit theaters on January 21.
