The Cast Of “Three Meals a Day” Complain about Life at Fishing Village in Press Conference, Warns Fans Not to Watch the Show

During the press conference of “Three Meals a Day—Fishing Village Edition,” The main cast talked about their thoughts on the show and the hardship they had to endure trying to make something to eat every day.

The press conference was taken place in Seoul Nonhyun-dong on January 9. A highlight teaser was revealed in the press conference. The video was composed of the three main cast, Cha Seung Won, Jang Geun Suk, and Yoo Hae Jin, struggling in order to make three meals a day at a fishing village called Manjae-do.

After watching the whole teaser, Jang Geun Suk ended up commenting, “I should tell my fans to not watch [the show]. I’m worried because my face came out really ugly.”

Despite the complaints of the main cast, PD Na Young Suk commented that all three men adjusted to the fishing village life very well, and added, “It’s possible that women who watch the show will either be very satisfied or very disappointed. You will be able to see sides of them that you’ve never seen before.” About the content of the episodes he said, “We are expecting a total of ten episodes, and about two-thirds of the filming is done. Manjae-do is very far away so it’s hard to invite guests. But there will be some unpredictable guests time to time.”

“Three Meals a Day—Fishing Village Edition,” a spin-off of “Three Meals a Day,” will first air on January 16 at 9:45 p.m. KST.
