Cereal brand Kellogg’s has announced that actress Kang Sora will be the new face of its Special K brand in Korea. The company has also released a promotional image of the star as part of its new 2015 advertising campaign.
The actress, whose performance in tvN drama series “Misaeng” last year won her much in the way of praise, has spoken of her enthusiasm for her new role. She explained, “I am so happy to have been chosen as a model for a product that I actually do eat as part of my diet. I hope that consumers do not skip meals as part of their dieting, and that they have happy diets.”
A spokesperson for Special K explained, “Kang Sora’s slim figure, as well as her healthy and bright image, fits perfectly with what we are looking for, and that is why we asked her to take on this role.”
Previous Special K models have included the likes of singer Son Dam Bi.
