Super Junior‘s Leeteuk and Yoo Se Yoon masterfully tricked viewers in the teaser for “I Can See Your Voice” with their exceptional lip-sync and acting skills.
On February 25, the producers for “I Can See Your Voice,” a new Mnet mystery music show, released a clip of Leeteuk and Yoo Se Yoon recording Noel’s “Your Voice.” This clip had already been the center of attention after Yoo Se Yoon posted it on his Instagram due to their impeccable singing skills.
However, to many viewers’ surprise, the producers revealed that this was a video of Yoo Se Yoon and Leeteuk lip-synching to the voices of the show participants.
Meanwhile, “I Can See Your Voice” is a new music show with very special standards. It’s the only show where you can be first place even if you may be tone deaf.
Each episode, an invited singer will have to pick the real vocalist out of a group of tone-deaf people without listening to them sing. After three rounds of hints, if the last person left in the group is a tone-deaf person, he or she will win 5,000,000 KRW (approx. $4,554 USD). On the other hand, if the last person is a skilled vocalist, he or she will have the opportunity to release a single. The invited singer will have to perform a duet with their last choice, whether he or she is a good singer or not.
The first episode of “I Can See Your Voice” will be aired on February 26 on Mnet and tvN, as well as Naver tvcast.
