Update: “MADE” Tour Trailer Added
On April 17, YG Entertainment dropped a teaser image for BIGBANG’s highly anticipated comeback as a complete group in almost three years.
In the black and white teaser image, which is designed like a movie poster, the members of BIGBANG stand side by side but with their heads cropped out of the photo. “MADE,” the title of both the group’s upcoming album and world tour, is plastered on top in big red letters.
Many have tried to make heads or tails of a previously released mysterious teaser image containing a list of dates, starting with May 1 followed by the first of every month until September. The general interpretation of the dates is that they are part of BIGBANG’s unconventional track release plan to extend their contact with fans who have waiting patiently for their comeback. Namely, the group will release a new track on the first of every month for five months.
Although their official comeback date is slated for May 1, BIGBANG will reveal their new song beforehand on the opening night of their world tour, which will take place on April 25 at Seoul Olympic Park’s Gymnastics Stadium.
According to YG Entertainment, BIGBANG’s world tour “MADE” will span 15 countries for a total of 70 concerts, with stops in the United States, China, Europe, and more.
