The Scholar Who Walks the Night” released behind-the-scenes stills of their lead actors Lee Jun Ki, Lee Yoo Bi, and TVXQ‘s Shim Changmin, who are all smiles on the set.

On June 27, MBC‘s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama, “The Scholar Who Walks the Night,” released photos of the actors hard at work even in the summer heat. In the photos, the three actors relay the energy of the set with their genuine smiles. They are all passionately engaged, allowing the filming to go smoothly.

Lee Jun Ki is the beautiful, unapproachable vampire Kim Sung Yeol while filming. However, as soon as the word ‘cut’ is yelled, he releases his own friendly and fun charms. His half-moon smiles are infectious, and he brings a positive energy to the set.

Lee Yoo Bi has earned the nickname “The Official Cutie of ‘The Scholar Who Walks the Night'” with her round eyes and energetic smiles. Even through the tough filming, she continues to laugh and have fun on set, contributing to a warm atmosphere.

Shim Changmin has a fiery passion for acting that is matched by no one else, and at every opportunity, is checking over the script and is falling into his role as the crown prince, Lee Yoon. Not only that, but he gives a warm smile between filming, earning hearts and letting people fall deeper into the charms of his character.

The “Scholar Who Walks the Night” staff said, “Lee Jun Ki, Lee Yoo Bi, and Shim Changmin are going through tough filming because of the hot weather, but they are the ones that are giving energy to everyone else on set. Thanks to their aegyo, laugh, and passion, the filming is fun even though it’s so hot.” They added, “The three of them have fallen deeper and deeper into character and are working even harder, so we ask for a lot of attention and love for ‘The Scholar Who Walks the Night,’ which will begin to air on July 7.”

Meanwhile, ‘The Scholar Who Walks the Night” will be the only fantasy melodrama of the summer, and is already getting a ton of attention.
