CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa Reveals His Chest Workout

Popular band CNBLUE’s leader Jung Yong Hwa revealed that he is building up his chest muscles.

On the August 10 live broadcast of V App’s “Jung Yong Hwa’s Broadcast,” Jung Yong Hwa goes to a gym and begins his workout.

During the broadcast, he says, “I’ll show you my sincerity in working out.” He then says, “I have to work out at least six days a week in order to make a nice body. Without effort, you can’t get a good result.”

Putting his words to action, he starts with a warm-up then focuses on building his chest muscles with bench presses and incline presses.
