Recap: Girls’ Generation, Teen Top, VIXX, and AOA Shine at KCON NY

KCON LA is usually awesome, and this year was no exception (check out our recaps). As it gets bigger and bigger each year, it was about time for the biggest U.S. K-pop event to make its way to the East Coast. On August 8, KCON NY launched at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ (close enough to be considered New York) with a free-for-all convention and an awesome “M COUNTDOWN Feelz in NY” concert.

There were definitely a lot of “feelz.” From the early morning fans were buzzing with excitement all day as they eagerly anticipated the finale concert, and with performances from Teen Top, VIXX, AOA, and Girls’ Generation, it was no wonder. The fans were not to be disappointed. The concert proved to be worth the wait as each artist and group gave spectacular and energetic performances.
