She stated, “Even when it was a scene where only his hand was showing, Kwang Soo did it himself. He tried to do as much as he could for every scene. It takes four to five hours just to put special effects on his hand, and he did that every day coming to the set five hours earlier than everyone else.”
The actress continued, “Kwang Soo doesn’t complain even if he’s tired. He has to get air supply since he can’t see and breathe under the fish head, but he always said he’s okay. He’s too nice.”
Director Kwon Oh Kwang also complimented him, saying, “We had to film in the countryside once. It was a scene where his face would show, but we could’ve easily filmed the scene with a stand-in or CG. However, Lee Kwang Soo appeared on set. He arrived at midnight to film one scene. There were no stand-ins.”
After hearing them, Lee Kwang Soo confessed, “I tend to get really attached to things,” and laughed.
Meanwhile, their new film “Collective Invention” is slated to premiere on October 22.
