In the accompanying interview, she shares the secrets to her perfect body. She credits her body to aikido, which she has been learning for eight years, as well as pilates. She says that after starting pilates, her lower body became slimmer and smoother, and she also takes a bath every morning for 15 minutes with a drop of aroma oil.
She also pays attention to what she eats, eating Greek yogurt with blueberry, almond, and granola, and she also drinks detox juice before comeback.
