Lee Hyori Reveals Her Greatest Fear

On June 17, Lee Hyori made a guest appearance on SBS’s Power FM program, “Jang Ki Ha‘s Amazing Radio.” 

On that day, DJ Jang Ki Ha asked Lee Hyori, “What is your greatest fear?” to which she jokingly replied, “Ghosts.” However, the female singer went on to confess that she was most afraid of “losing herself.”

She explained, “I don’t want to lose sight of who I am by being caught up with following everyone else. I’m afraid I wouldn’t be able to recognize my true self.”

About her fifth album that she released after three years, Lee Hyori shared, “This album is special because it represents the ‘before’ and ‘after’ Hyori. Since I set the bar pretty high for myself, I never dared to consider writing my own songs for release. But someone once told me that even songs written by an amateur like myself could be part of my record, so I mustered the courage to use my original song, ‘Miss Korea‘  as the title track for my latest album.”
