Actor Jung Suk Won's Dispute with Forestar Entertainment Goes to Court

Actor Jung Suk Won continues his legal battle with agency Forestar Entertainment, and his case has been turned over to the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. Rather than trying to settle the conflict out of court, the actor has chosen to go to the legal courts for an official decision.

In September, Jung Suk Won requested that his contract be terminated with his agency citing negligence and breach of contract. He then rejected Corea Entertainment Management Association’s mediation in the conflict earlier in October, preferring to settle the matter in the courts.

Jung Suk Won’s career is currently in limbo, as the actor will not be able to perform until the conflict with his agency is settled. His filming in the movie NLL – Battle of Yeonpyeong has been interrupted due to the conflict.
