Soyu x Junggigo Wrap Up "Some" Promotions After Successful Run

Already the top contender for 2014’s best collaboration only three months into the year, Soyu and Junggigo are wrapping up their duet song, “Some,” promotions after a successful six weeks of topping charts and winning numerous trophies on music shows! Their final stage was on SBS “Inkigayo” on March 16, which you can watch here.

Soyu wrote her Twitter the same day, “Soyu x Junggigo‘s “Some” six-week promotions ended today. I am so happy because of all the love it received. Thank you~SISTAR will be back soon as a group~ please wait.”

Junggigo also commented, “With today’s ‘Inkigayo,’ the six-week album promotion has come to an end. Because everyone gave so much love, I was always happy and thankful!” ‘Some’ promotions has ended today, but it is not the end of Junggigo, only the start! Thank you!”

“Some” has been tremendously successful, still topping online music charts a month after its release. It has also topped Soompi’s Weekly K-Pop Music Chart for four weeks in a row, It is the first song on our chart to stay at No. 1 for four or more weeks since PSY’s famous hit “Gangnam Style” one and a half year ago.
