"Music Bank" to Film in Brazil for Upcoming World Cup!

KBS 2TV‘s “Music Bank” will be in Brazil to film for a Brazil World Cup special. On May 3, a representative announced that on June 7 at 7PM (BRT) the music program will film in Rio de Janeiro’s HSBC Arena. The special broadcast will be dedicated for the Korean national soccer players who will take part in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. 

The singers who will perform on that special night include Infinite, SHINee, Ailee, CNBLUE, MBLAQ, M.I.B, and B.A.P with a total of seven groups of singers set to appear. As the special night will be dedicated in wishing the Korean national team with well wishes, the atmosphere is also expected to be energetic. 

Instead of the usual “Music Bank” MCs Park Seo Joon and SISTAR‘s Bora, KBS announcers will host the show. Although music programs including “Music Bank” have been postponed due to the Sewol ferry accident, it is expected that the music programs will resume starting in mid may.
