Lee Byung Hun to Appear in Court as Witness Against Blackmailers

Actor Lee Byung Hun will be appearing in court as a witness today to testify against the two accused who blackmailed him earlier this year.

GLAM‘s Dahee and model Lee Ji Yeon were sued for blackmailing when they threatened Lee Byung Hun that they will release personal information if he did not pay them 5 billion won (approximately 4.9 million USD).

Initially, Lee Byung Hun was called to the November 11 trial to testify, but due to his schedule, the trial had to be postponed.

As Lee Byung Hun will be appearing in this trial, it will most likely be a private one.

At the previous trial, the lawyer of the model Lee Ji Yeon claimed that Lee Byung Hun asked her sexual favors, cutting ties with her when she refused. He also claimed that Lee never asked the actor for a house, but he brought it up first.

Lee Byung Hun is expected to testify against this claim himself in court today.
