Romanticist Song Jae Rim Makes Fans Sway with His Saxophone Skills

Actor Song Jae Rim has just added another reason to why he is a romanticist—he is an exceptional saxophone player.

On the episode of KBS2’s “Happy Together 3,” which will be aired on February 26, the masters of self-management will make an appearance. The guests are image manager Song Jae Rim, blood circulation manager Lee Ha Na, figure manager Kim Hye Eun, housekeeping manager Kim Ji Suk, and dating manager Yae Won.

Song Jae Rim, currently one of the rising stars in the industry, is introduced as the king of image making because of how he has given himself a masculine image through his manly hobbies. From kendo and biking to playing the saxophone, he introduces all of his interests.

“I stopped smoking and started to pay more attention to my vocalization and breathing. I also started playing the saxophone to strengthen my lungs, which were weakened from pneumothorax surgery,” he says, explaining how he first started his hobby. Later on, he briefly plays a piece on his saxophone, receiving rounds of applause. He is also the center of attention as he reveals pictures of him practicing kendo and riding mortocycles.

Meanwhile, Kim Ji Suk, who is currently filming a drama with Song Jae Rim says, “When I am always a bit puzzled when I talk to Jae Rim. If you think Lee Ha Na is odd, trying talking with him.”

Song Jae Rim continues to amuse the crowd, earning the nickname “unauthorized MC” because he asks unexpected questions during the most random times.
