Lee Yoo Bi to Return to Set of "Scholar Who Walks the Night" Following Injury

A broadcast insider has revealed that Lee Yoo Bi will be returning to the set of her upcoming drama “Scholar Who Walks the Night” starting from June 25.

Previously, the actress suffered a lower back/waist injury while filming a scene with Lee Jun Ki who also sustained an injury. Since then she has been receiving treatment and resting while planning to return to set after recovering.

Lee Jun Ki was able to return to the set on June 18 after fracturing his nose and receiving surgery for it. Since both lead actors suffered injuries and had to take a break from filming, it is likely to affect the production of the drama in some capacity.

“Scholar Who Walks the Night” is described as a fantasy melodrama that incorporates chilling thrills and sweet romance as it centers on the story of a vampire scholar. It is scheduled to air after MBC’s “Warm and Cozy” ends its run.
