Benefit's Big Beautiful Eyes...an eye contour kit

so heres the deal, im going to update this as often as i can (or when i remember) on fashion.
its NOT going to be something thats super up to date, but its definitly going to be stuff i "discovered" and keep in mind, im really slow. oh, and im still going to be on here to blog about my "nothingness" as usual! lol

so the first thing i guess i can talk about is...

Benefit's Big Beautiful Eyes...an eye contour kit

i really like this, its a bit pricy i guess. its approx. $40cdn after tax

but its perfect for those on the go. its easy, natural, and in a small compact with BRUSHES! and personally, im not a sponge person. so the brushes was a big thing.

What You Get: concealer (boi-ing 02), 2 eyeshadows (base and contour) and a liner shadow (brown). 2 brushes: concealer, and a double ended one for contour and line.

What To Do:

  1. all you have to do is simply apply the concealer around the eye area, or where ever you would need it with the brush provided.
  2. then you move on to the shadow, using the brush apply the base colour (the lighter one) all over the lid on both eyes
  3. with the same brush, apply the contour colour on the outer half of the eye in a < or > shape on the outer corners of the eye.
  4. if you want, you can lightly sweep the brush across over the lid close to the lash line to give it a more "defined" look.
  5. now, grab a tissue, and wipe off that brush, and when you dont see too much of the contour shadow rubbing off
  6. using that same contour brush you just "cleaned" sweep it back and forth on the lid, windshield wiper-like. this way you can soften out any harsh lines.
  7. now, using the other end of the brush, the liner, apply the liner in small strokes along the lash line
  8. and there you have it. and with some mascara and gloss you're good to go! unless you have a few more minutes to spare, apply all over powder over your face, or where ever you had concealed on your face other than the eye are.

well i really hope i "helped" someone...somehow. =]
