now, I don't get why fangirls are flaming ME, but hey, its not a secret that our typical kpop fangirl lacks the brain to advance past 3rd grade.
anyways, my opinion on this matter: both sides have legitemate argument, but I've leaned towards SM's side slightly. prolly because I'm an accounting major with interest in law and I can fully argue for SM's actions while what the three members did with the beauty product business is beyond retardation. but thats just me.

Haha, I'm on dbsk's side, but as not everything is black and white, I appreciate the other side's view. You're an interesting character. Kind of like Dr. House. I love that show. But I'd probably hate to have him around for real.

well, I'm a Marketing & Advertising Major with a minor in P.R and Entertainment, and I can side slightly with TVXQ! because I can make cup cakes and i'm the queen of france, and what SM did you know - that thing the court said was UNLAWFUL, is ~*~ beyond retardation~*~. But that's just me and as you can see my reasons are as relevant as yours, because i can't just say I like to be in the ~*~spotlight~*~ and call everyone stupid because you know just like you i'm smart and that is what smart people do.... not.
I blogged about this also, but since no one actually read mine... I'm glad SOMEONE wrote something in favor of SM.
hm i'll believe it when i see it, with video evidences, with those words coming out of their own mouths (sans shinee.. it was just bad timing of the article and they didn't say anything about the matter lol). after everything that has happened in the past, i can't quite side with sme.
