Hey Soompiers!

Now it's easier than ever for you to chat with all your friends, Soompiers and non-Soompiers alike, simply by using the new Meebo chat bar at the bottom of the page.  With Meebo, you can import your friends lists from multiple IM services, such as Yahoo! Messenger, AIM, ICQ, Facebook Chat, and Gmail Chat, and combine them into one handy buddy list.  You can also drag and drop just about anything on Soompi onto the chat window — links, images, or videos — to show your friends.  Try it!

Step 1. Check out the new menu bar at the bottom of the page.  On the right side, click the orange circle-arrow icon to login, or to register if you don't already have an account.  (Registering is free and super easy.)


Step 2. Once you've signed in, click the friends tab on the menu bar to display a pop-up panel of your new consolidated buddy list.

Step 3. Chat with your friends!  

Also, just for fun, try selecting an image on soompi and dragging it across the page.  A menu bar should appear, allowing you to share the image with anyone on Twitter, Facebook, or email in one easy step.
