So last night was pretty damn awesome. Some of my friends last quarter of the school year decided to put on a musical. They had auditions they had rehearsals, and last night was their opening performance ever. They sang songs from Jekyll and Hyde, Songs of a new world, Wicked, and My Fair Lady

MY GOODNESS WAS IT SO FREAKING GOOD!! =) for students to devote their time and take on this huge project during their free time, and to perform it and have props, costumes, an orchestra, piano player and etc. It was good. I saw the play twice before it opened, it was their rehearsals I went to. I was page turner last night hahaaha so I had the best seat in the house maybe? =) right smack in front of the stage HAHAHA!! although there were some stuff that they need to work on for today their last performance. The book lights they gave all the instrumentalists WERE SO FREAKING SMALL AND HARD TO READ well at least for the pianist and I HAHAHA cause he didn't know where he was at certain points, and I had no idea what he was doing..yes we've practiced but ITS FREAKING HARD!!! and it was hot in there too -_-..ya we both made mistakes but I don't think anyone heard? >.< I hope he does a good job today cause I won't be here MOOHAHAHA!! =) another friend is taking over my job, but if only I could've done it the second night too to make sure he's going to be fine AHHhh..other stuff they needed to work on were the mics, and the vocalists and then the orchestra had some issues..so they need to fix that.

and TODAY!!!!! I get to see the real musical WICKED!!! =) I'm so excited!!! =) I heard that everyone who went loved it and wanted to see it again..so hopefully it'll be good..cause I haven't been to a real musical since Phantom of the Opera and that was like 10 years ago... SO I AM EXCITED!!! WOOT!! Wicked here I come =)
