My easter was soooo tiring, jumping and running from here & there. I went to a Chinese Fond Du restaurant w/some friends. It was our first time dining there. It was small size restaurant, they dine chinese style I suppose? Anyhow, the food were okay to me-since that isn't my style of eating. However, it is a healthy style of eating (just eating boil foods) They have like these small pots like the Korean small grill, and you pick out your type of meat/veggies to put in on the pot and boil it. I order my pot of "taiwanese bbq style" it was weird tasting-very bland, not salty at all. Just plain tasting. So I add in my own sauces to make it much better tasting. It wasn't so bad afterward. I put in some meatballs, tofu (which I totally love), cilantro, chicken meat, mussels, octopus, and some other meat. I really only eat the toful..heheh..I didn't like how the chicken taste once its cooked. Anyways, that was sure a experience eating differently. Mostly, those type of dining that I prefer is the Japanese Tappan Yaki or Korean grill. Those two dining are my faves. Aiya-it was alright. Okay, I wish they were serving some chinese wine too but dangit-they didn't have any of that. =( off I go-----> »
