DBSK Miroticby: xojycyjox on: October 8, 2008 8:54pm
So, the other day, I was listening to DBSK's 4th Korean ablum, Mirotic and thought Wow! Their songs are getting to sound more and more like American songs! Like, I don't mean lyrics-wise (getting wasted at clubs and whatnot) but beat, rhythm, and instrument-wise. Their actual MUSIC was getting more of an American twist to it. Let's take their song, Hey! (Don't Bring Me Down), as an example. The beat they use in the song is crump-like. And the drums they use to make the crump -like beat make it have a Hip-hop sound to it. And the syths add to the Hip-hopness of the song. Now, I'm not saying thats a bad thing. I personally think it's a great thing! They seem to be getting closer and closer to breaking into the American market. And I know that once they break into it, they will CRUSH everyone else! I mean, their voices got SOOOO much better and they can out-sing any American singer any day.

Actually I think they changed their style too but I thought it changed from korean ballad style to poppish japanese kind of music. i think their voices did change but not sure if that was the computer or them.
