Announcing the FOS Profile Wallpaper Contest Winners!

The winners have been chosen!  Last week, Soompiers voted for their user-created favorite FOS profile wallpapers in the artwork forum.  Almost everyone agreed that it was extremely difficult to choose because there were so many artistic, creative, professional-looking entries, but they voted, and we took the eight highest-ranked wallpapers and declared them as winners.  They are:

Subject of winning entry: Taeyang of Big Bang
How did you choose the subject of your winning wallpaper? Just that both Taeyang and Nichkhun have great pictures which are good to work with for designing wallpaper. I tried different background effects to match with the pictures (smoky/glittering light effect for the dark one; colorful abstract for the light one).
Do you take banner/avatar/etc. requests from Soompiers? Yes, I occasionally do.
Who are your other favorite Korean entertainers? My favorites at the moment are Hyun Joong from SS501, Taecyeon from 2PM, Kim Jeong Hoon and Kang Ji Hwan.
How long have you been designing artwork on Soompi? I think about five years.

Subject of winning entry: Shinhwa
How did you choose the subject/inspiration of your winning wallpaper? Having followed them for over six years, this legendary group is my absolute favorite. Though their hiatus will be for a bit longer, the name "Shinhwa" will continue to "Run Forever".
How long have you been designing artwork on Soompi? It's been about three years.
Do you take banner/avatar/etc. requests from soompiers? Yes, whenever I'm free to do so.
Who are your other favorite Korean entertainers?Fly to the Sky, 1TYM, DBSK, Big Bang, Brown Eyes, M TO M, Whee Sung, Jung Chul, Lee Wan.

How did you choose the subject of your wallpaper? There was a gorgeous photoshoot of Hyo Joo from Vogue Girl earlier this year, and I wanted to work with those pictures. The rest just fell into place.
How long have you been designing artwork on soompi? This was my first artwork on Soompi, but I've been playing in Photoshop for a few years now.
Do you take banner/avatar/etc. requests from Soompiers? Um, sure! I don't have a thread, but people are always welcome to pm me!
Who are your other favorite Korean entertainers? Epik High, Clazziquai, MC Mong, Oldfish, Chae Rim, Lee Dong Wook, and Yoon Kye Sang.

How did you choose the subject of your winning wallpaper? His smile always brightens up my day and I like his 4D-ness.

How did you choose the subject of your winning wallpaper? I was currently watching the drama, so I decided on it! ;D and plus, I just really liked the pictures LOL.
How long have you been designing artwork on soompi? Um... since 2005? maybe? I'm not sure, but it was... like a year before the crash. But officially, I have been here since October 4, 2005 (copied and pasted from my account info ROFL xD)
Do you take banner/avatar/etc. requests from Soompiers? Yes, but I get bored, and bail out some (most) of the time D: I am so sorry... OTL I know there might be soompiers out there who sleep with voodoo dolls of me (wondering if I'll ever complete your request) LOL >~<;; I like taking requests when I get inspired. :D  So, if you follow my rules on my TR threads, you'll most likely get a better-lookin' banner/avatar/etc. from me.
Who are your other favorite Korean entertainers? TAEYANG! Most definitely. (Did I just type that?)  A couple are: Minwoo, BigBang, 2PM, Epik High, Younha, Han Hyo Joo, Lee Yeon Hee, Kim So Eun, Kim Bum, SHINee, Davichi, and so on... LOL.
