K-pop's new hope, Battle is here to stay.
Looking good during a performance at the audition program Mnet 'Let's coke PLAY! Battle Shinhwa and as contributors to Shinhwa activities, Battle is now ready to stand on its own. The debut single of the male group consisting of Chris, Ki Hyun, Rio, Jin Tae Hwa, and Ryu comes loaded with 4 tracks including the ballad Icarus, the Trand Hip-hop song Flying up as well as the title song Crash (Crazy in Love) . The latter presents a melodious tune combined with hardcore guitar sounds and staccato drum beats, and of course the band's harmonizing vocals. Interpreting lyrics provided by Park Jang Kun from the trio Super Sta and melodious rhythms composed by Yu Myeong who earlier worked for MC Mong and Lee Min Woo, a.k.a., M, the boys' work sounds promising.
