without a doubt park hwayobi is the greatest female singer in korea and one of the best in the world. i am shocked that kangta and Bi(Rain is not listed in your random list but i digress....
yoo youngjin is one of the most under appreciated singers every. so what he isnt a young, pretty faced muscle boy. close your eyes and picture who every you fine acttractive and just listen to his voice. the power, the passion, the soul. his voice is so unique and strong. on top of that he is a songwriter and composer, the top guy at sm. he may not sell well but he will always be the greatest male singer of any country to me, until someone comes along to dethrone him.

In my honest opinion,
박효신 is the dominant voice in the industry.
In fact, he's my favorite vocalist of all time.
Not only is his voice one of a kind, but it conveys his emotions like no other.
Not to mention his amazing technique, control, and R&B/Soul/Funk/Jazz influences. And to top it all off, he's a vocal POWERHOUSE.
Near flawless live performances, too.
Check out the fifth album, Breeze of the Sea. <33
After 박효신, I'd vote 김범수, followed by 나얼.
On the female side, 임정희 (Lim Jeong Hee) is my favorite vocalist. Power, technique, style, and her debut album is one of my Korean favorites.
All the others you mentioned are all amazing and among my favorites as well... but to be honest, I've never found the appeal in Lena Park. ;\
