First off, it's 'To Marry a Millionaire'. It is the first Go Soo TV drama that I saw, and I fell in love with the character of Kim Younghoon right away. What a good natured, kind hearted person! Though he's not very bright, he's not to be pushed around either. Considering the plot and the cast, this is definitely my favorite (until Go Soo has something new to top this!).
Well, after 'To Marry a Millionaire', 'Green Rose' is a very close second place. It's action packed and very exciting. But I dislike the ending when the villian was trying to be made like the victim, not that I am heartless, but I think it was really contrived and unconvincing.
'When a Man loves a woman' is third and 'Age of Innocence' fourth. I like Go Soo in both shows, though very different character portrayal. But I really hate it when Go Soo was killed in 'When a Man loves a Woman'. Why can't they just let Kim JiHoon (Go Soo's role here) have a good life with a loving wife and child?
For 'Age of Innocence', I strongly dislike the leading lady: she is the cause of all the troubles. She constantly turns to the other guy as soon as one guy professes his love for her, just to stir up rivalry and trouble. Just can't stand it to watch her! Luckily, the story has a brighter ending, as Tae Su (Go Soo's role) gets to meet a nice girl at the end.
'Piano' is very enticing, again the ending was too abrupt for me. And for that matter, it is very dissatisfactory. I enjoyed the first half of 'My Fair Lady'. But as the story goes on, Go Soo's character, Youngho kind of disintegrates. This guy is so easily fooled and dissuaded that it is again dissatisfying.
Oh, his movie 'Some' is very interesting! I would highly recommend it if you haven't seen it. For one, you'll see Go Soo in a very different hairstyle and that's cute. The story has a good ending, and it's absorbing.
(No comments on the MBC productions as I haven't been able to see any of it.)
Well, you must agree with me that there is never any show that you'll find Go Soo not good looking. There might be moments that he's more handsome than others, but all of his looks are great... oh, perhaps with the exception of the fugitive/prisoner look of 'Green Rose'.
My personal fave tv drama was "Marrying a Millionaire" due to it's story and the chemistry between her leading lady and i hope to see more of this kind of genre and a liitle more twist in the story... I wish that he will a have a sequel on his othe works as well as the said tv drama series...
Oh, it has to be Marrying a Millionaire!! His portrayal of the hero is light-hearted, fun, loving and also heart wrenching at times. You just cannot find any fault with his character!
Hey, I hope you lovely ladies can see me here. I just got registered.
This question is a tough one. I have seen some of his dramas but no movies yet, and so I can't say anything about him in movies, but in dramas, I am going to say, 'GREEN ROSE'. I love him being paired with the beautiful Lee Da Hae. He was sooooo cute and soooooo hot dressed in suits and that rugged look of his is one not to be missed. Green Rose is still one of my favorite all-time dramas to watch.
It ' s hard to say .coz when you love someone , you always love everything
belong to him. I could say 'Green rose" which introduced me of loving Ko soo.
You can't ever ask for more .It was perfect of storyline, casting , OSt .Ko soo
was super handsome , manly and i love his action scenes . His Taewondo skill
impress me undoubtedly. But its also unfair without to mention of others dramas
such as To marry a millionaire which i also love.It was so sweet& romantic,
that a good hearted guy and a girl who struggled to find true love.
When a man loves a woman , this drama was so tragic for me , it 's the same like Age of innocent .during watching my eyes were in a blur of tears. but ko soo 's super handsome and cool in both dramas.Piano is my lastest choice , don't be angry with me Thanhdda . ha ha
hmm I seem to have problem getting into this page, it kept on saying page cant be found....I had to click refresh thousand of times.. anyway Puppyiz u can see me now right?
About Ko soo's favourite drama? I like it all....but I think the most memorial role up till now is probably the Piano.....Love him in there...
High time that this question pops up ! Good thinking...baqinardo ! Tough choice for me (especially) to make when comes to Ko Soo. So may i settle this question with 2 answers ? I find him being irresistably sweet & romantic in both .....
