Paris.. timeworn wall... stylish quiet seclude back street... long, narrow and sometimes thick and slow felling.. everything shown in there can be expressed as "romance" Freedom and romance behind of the city.. and the man wrapping all these.. Lee Byung Hun and his travel with this city for 6 days...


His appearance matches openness but actually he is rather conservative.



He is likely suits brilliant colors but unexpectedly he more likes achmatice color. assuming this, he doesn't like to be come out. that was the impression at the airport. Nothing could tell he is an actor. Just jeans and T-shirt with worn-out baseball cap. Without his well-shaped face, I couldn't recognize him. That's him.

He is not accustomed to be shown. He just appears who he is. That makes him more attractive..


Love come without notice... So does he..



He always keep his pace in the kaleidoscopic entertainment business. Sometimes the characters he acts make his popularity up and down but almost always the same... He always have his solid basic fans. Between the popularity and the performance, he chose his own performance not lingering for the popularity and it absorbed the audiences without any sound, naturally..


Cold with tenderness, bright charisma



Like white and black, 2 different images are inside him. The cold that might freeze everything and softness full of warmth.. harmony in disharmony like water and oil those never mix at all.. dry eyes without a water drop enough to make one feel strain. He's like a cloudy sky on cloudy day and never allows anyone to come to him. But his charm smile on the blank face is like a welcome rain in the hot summer and I was fascinated by his cool and refreshing


Like a child he enjoys dish



A way of having food tells one's temper, it said and that is true. I could easily grasp his temper when he tries to taste fruits. He has full of curiosity. His facial expression changes greatly like crazy weather according to various fruits taste. His sparkling eyes at the colorful fruits is much like of those of innocent children.


Everybody agrees his charm.



He is an actor. He can create thousans of mood with one sweater. His motion, his delecate expression, even his finger lifing show that he's best photogenic. We captured him standing in front of Centre Pompidou upsweeping the hair of blowing wind and became the moment a scene of postcard. Loving him is maybe apodictic.

Bunji jump.. the most remembering movie..



I went to see the movie on a very snowy day walking icy street for 30minutes. At that time he was already a big star by JSA but I just wanted to meet not a big star Lee Byung Hun but Seo In Woo, an innocent 80's college student with tasteless white socks and bellbottom tied up sneaker's string of his first love. I couldn't forget In Woo's clear eyes. The movie "Bunji jump" is the best of his all 7 movies and my favorite.

How about cigarette?



What about this position? he suggested posing. He is very curious how he would be looked in the small lens and take a different poses. but he never interfere the photographer's job. Seeing his effort to make the best output in the condition of his territory, I felt he is really a professional. His 10years of experience in acting is not like a wax fruit.

Actors tell through the act



He doesn't like to be shown often to audiences. The moment he is immersing his character, the camera flew and flashed here and there...When Beautiful Days was on filming so many things happened by the name of "Site Sketch".. he seems to exhausted and disappointed to audiences' longing to see his everything. He wants to talk and be shown only through "Act". that is Actor means. Some feeling hit me if this would be the last time to talk with him.

A long time ago, beyond the memories..



When I first saw him was at some kind of family ties drama.. He was short hair and wore a leather jacket The role was rich family's sun never worry about the money. So his father forced him to work at the Car care center, I remember.. His first impression was very strong and for a new face, his acting was rather good. I just casually thought he can be a star and after that he was the hero of Campus drama Tomorrow is love" acting "Bum Su" Did he know that he could be the most famous star in Korea after 10years?

Nothing is decided.



Only the plan of complete rest for 2months. That tells us how tired and exhausted during the last work. Seems there were no time to have his own after discharged the military. The first film after the military was JSA and even no time to PR of the film, he did another film "Bunji jump" and continously he became "Minchul" of Beautiful Days. During almost 2years, he couldn't live back to the ordinary man "Lee Byung Hun" Therefore we will have to wait for him after the promised time until he comes to us with his smile
