i dont have one but i remember seeing a tutorial on how to make the ones she wore on Goong.. ill try and see if i can find it ^^

SOOO CUTE!!! does anyone wanna translate it??? i know the pics are pretty self explanitory but i dont know what kind of paint that is and such. also does anyone know if the face is a pattern thing of if they were just really good at drawing?
