ok again, it's 630 and I'm here at work checking out what i missed while I went to bed....I LOVE THE CLEAR PICS AND VIDEO thanks you guys!!! I'll be in the chatroom when I get off at 3....(and of those of you there yesterday....I'll be continuing the quiz, everyone is welcome to join and catch up lol) I finally have some phone numbers to get some updates DURING the filming instead of on breaks and after filmng. So YAY! Until then, I'll be refreshing every 15 minutes for eveyones arrival....less than 5 hours to go before the next shoot...it's raining/snowing here in reno so it's probably cloudy and colder than yesterday in vegas...

For the vegas fans...PLEASE remember to eat before you get to the shoot, or at least carry something with you to eat. I talked to some of you yesterday during the break and I know you were all just so excited you might miss something that you don't eat lol....it'll be a longer day than yesterday...so be prepared today k lol...GANBATTE!

I know some people will jump to his defense, but I have to say that Matsumoto's behavior toward the fans has completely cured me of my Jun obsession. I wasn't at the filming, but I told my friend who was in Vegas in business to drive over and watch, and she went to take photos for me. She waited for 6 hours before they started filming, and once they started, Jun and Mao completely ignored all the onlookers. I understand being focused on your work, but is it too much trouble to smile once and wave at the people who have flown in or driven for hours just to watch? Luckily she's not a fan, so she wasn't too disappointed. For those who went and waited, I sympathize with you!!

Of course I will jump to his defense!
How can you rely on someone else's experience to majorly affect your fandom?
Honestly, if you let someone else's actions affect your fandom like that, you really weren't a true fan in the first place.
Because you should really see him in person to decide for yourself if he's worth your time.

And let me tell you, he is SO worth our time, and this coming from me who wanted to see Shun only until yesterday.
I was SO sad when I found out that Shun wasn't coming, I had to put my BEAUTIFUL Shun sign away T_T
And then I became totally torn because the whole point of stalking was to see Shun.
Selfishly, I didn't care about anyone else but him.
But after debating for awhile with myself, I decided to go and watch because:
1) How many times in my lifetime will I get to watch an Asian/Japanese move being filmed in the same town I live in and I actaully ADORE the storyline?
2) I really wanted to see if the cast WAS as pretty as they seem on screen.
3) I wanted to see how Jun treats his fans because to me, fanservice is crucial in whether I like a celebrity or not.


So I left my place running late and got there around 1:30ish.
I came in, got lost, saw a bunch of the Japanese crew fixing the stage with the two water fountains and lights and knew I was in the right area.
Passed by the refreshments table that was at first unblocked.
LOTs of 1/2 empty margarita glasses there later
Next to it was the sign about filming via Boyd etc.
Then I saw the line of 20+Asian/white kids and was like ahhhh.
After like 10 minutes of waiting, Jun casually walked to the right side in front of us.
It was so random that everyone was in shock.
I was the closest fan standing next to him like 3 feet away and I was just shocked by what he wore :X
Dark brown leather jacket, red shirt, matching red pants. It wasn't an eye-pleasing outfit, especially with his curly hair :X
I was so surprised he was THAT attractive since I never found him to be good-looking in HYD 1 & 2.
But of course, I am bias to Shun.
Anyway, I was so busy staring for like 5 seconds that I didn't even notice that Mao was walking with him and his entourage ;;
Anyway, the fans move out from under the balcony to in front of it and after he sees us, he did this short wave.
So imototyan, obviously your friend didn't see that happen.
The staff were reading the signs too. There are some REALLY cute staff boys.
The Japanese ones, not the ghetto Asian-American guys that were being JERKS.
I was the one who was like, we should take fan group photos.
And everyone was ready 'til that stupid staff guy in the green jacket and black pants was like "NO! No pictures!" so abruptly.
Me, I don't put up with any b.s. like that so I snapped back at him, "Why?! Not even of OURSELVES?"
Because really, it is NOT logical to NOT be allowed to take self-pictures. WTH!?!
That guy just gave me a dirty look and walked away.
I know he's just doing his job, but he could have still asked in a more polite manner, considering he was Asian (American) and most Asian cultures are big on R-E-S-P-E-C-T!
Because if he hadn't been so rude and rough to me, I wouldn't have had such an attitude with him.
Psh, whatever since obviously he's not in the movie.

Day 1, to be continued, more Mao, more Jun, and REALLY funny stories...
I am SO sore from standing for 7+hours yesterday T_T
Gotta catch a quick snooze before heading out.

jun had his on/off mode. On when he working, he would 100% focuses on it and will not notice anybody, that is why sometime it look like he in bad mood. but when he off mode, he would smile and wave. in do-s vox, you see how she explain it. And he did smile. but just when he work, don't expect him to smile and wave because he very focuses on his work.

hey everyone i've read from a few people about the crew getting on their case about cameras and stuff, and i'm not saying that he was right to be rude or whatever (since it's never cool to be mean) but technically, i don't think pictures are even allowed to be taken of/on/near the casino floor anyway, to prevent cheating and stuff. and be honest, if they let you whip out your cameras and take pictures of each other all day, wouldn't you try to sneak a picture of the cast? yeah

whoah?30 mins worth of raw footage...would that equate to the 30-min worth of movie time? well, it might be shorter since it is still unedited.

anyways, regarding matsujun's behavior yesterday, I completely understand that he might just be really into his character that time and really avoids any kind of distraction. Internalization is important for actors. But I think though they didn't expressed it, they are very grateful that many fans came over to see them. It's an unusual experience for them. And besides he is not coming there for a concert, so don't expect a lot of fanservice..LOL

But Mao-chan's really a darling. She acknowledged the fans downstairs at Prime Rib. I will forever love her..

Regarding Jun's not acknowledging, he is famous because he has no NG's at all and that's because he can really focuse, when i had to go up the stage in the opera sometimes i was so concentrated that i would not even notice the stage controller, i can understand him perfectly, he is there working not enjoying people.

And on another matter!! i just thought about one thing, i know people speculates with Vegas being a "honeymoo", ok, did someone between our insiders look at their hands?? any ring there??

I think when the action decreases there we will need to do a resume about all we know! HK and Vegas (there's not a lot info from japan...) XD

I'm going to use my first post ever to agree with you guys: Jun is WORKING there, not having fun. The secret of his success is the fact that he can focus his entire being on what he's doing and, right now, he's not there to do fanservice, he's there to get a movie filmed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Now, if Mao-chan chooses to be a bit more sociable, that's her choice and we're all very grateful to her, ne minna?

As for Jun, I'm just thankful he's able to do all the stuff he does and still managing to look absolutely gorgeous. He really is the ultimate pro when it comes to being an entertainer.

Now, a huge thanks goes to all the 'insiders' who keep providing us with info and, I'm very, very proud of you all: you've shown Jun and the rest of cast & crew that what happened in HK is the exception, not the rule. Thanks for behaving like the true fans you guys are.

I was at the scene from 8pm till the end and only able to take just a few pics. The crew were very strict about picture taking and most of the time my camera was in my bag. It drizzled a little bit at the end but everyone was not bothered by the rain. I was gonna upload the pic last nite but decided not to because all the pic i took was from very far and at weird angle. The other members took better pic than i do. At one point Jun was 2 feet away from me. I stood there looking like a fool for 5 mins while others just walk past like nothing happened. That split second was the highlight of my night. I believe that fans that were there last night experience this as well. For those that keeps us updated on the cast's whereabout, we are really grateful. Thank you so much. I will never forget this experience.

just a small update from jasmine...mao and jun are currently filming at the blackjack table and there's about 30-40 fans there today...of course, today was when everyone else was gonna show up, so it's probably really strict with pics with more people being in there and on the casino floor....more updates as i get them...
