Liar, Liar 10. Last of Days 11. Lifesize 12. Near To You 13. Hope for the Hopeless 14. Borrowed Time Most people are putting A Fine Frenzy in the same category as Feist, Anna Nalick, and Fiona Apple. But I think she's entirely different. I first heard her after downloading her single You Picked Me from iTunes "Single of the Week". I'm not sure if it's there any more but it was good enough that I tracked down the rest of her album to listen to the rest of One Cell in the Sea. And it's ALL good. Rangers is amazing. It's the kind of music that makes you stop what you're doing and take a closer listen. You Picked Me is also very nice, same with Almost Lover. Definitely make sure to check her out. Her voice is excellent. I have one of her songs on itunes. I have yet to hear her other songs.

I'm actually going to see her in concert since she's opening for Brandi Carlile. I've only heard one song of hers and it's just so dreamy. I'll definitely give her album a listen.

I've been missing out on sourcing new music lately. What people have said of her sounds interesting. Will definitely keep a lookout of her music. Thanks in advance, think i'll like her.

I just had to share... today was the Brandi Carlile concert and A Fine Frenzy was opening. She was absolutely gorgeous. The main attraction was Brandi really, so after the concert was done, and everyone lined up to go out of the venue, there was Alison, sitting on the bench next to an old lady while eating a pear. Most people just passed by her (which I thought was funny) so I was in front of her, I just said, "YOU'RE SO PRETTY!". Took pictures, had a little conversation and then shook hands. She's really really nice.

Ok, I heard my roomie playing "Almost Lover" like a couple of months ago...and I fell in love with it <3 It's so sad and beautiful! I like her voice. But yeah, I'll have to check out the album.

I have to admit I have her entire album on my iPod (for about 4-5 months). Love her voice. I don't think there's a song that I don't like.

My cousin linked me to the video to "Almost Lover". At first my reaction was, meh, sad song, but okay.
But now I love it. I think I'm gonna check out some of her other songs. Any recommendations? i just heard her song 'almost lover' for the first time this weekend.
im sooo behind, but i LOVE her voice. that song is constantly replayed on my laptop and psp! i think she sings sooo beautiful!!! i need to look for her cd. THANKS! |

"almost lover" was beautiful and all, but my favorite has to be "you picked me." it's simply sweet. i hope she comes out with new stuff soon.
