I know this isn't exactly prom, but what do people usually wear to after-prom? Does anybody have any cute examples?

My prom dress reaches to my calf...I never got to alter it. That won't look tooo weird, right? I really need some more input on calf dresses.

 What do you guys think? I'm thinking of wearing this to prom, but since I'm a junior and it isn't my prom, I'm not going all out. Oh, and I'll probably wear this to after prom, too - my after prom is a bit more formal (more than just a skirt and a nice shirt)...is it so formal I'd look out of place? |

I wore this to my prom last year. Never posted it coz all the proms seemed to be over when I had mine.
