Seriously all this talk about the banning just really gets on my nerves becuase it makes my blood boil. Honestly, what could they possibly do now to prevent the "corruption of youth". The song has been performed on most of the major awards, MKMF, Blue Dragons Awards. How much exposure has this song already received. Pschhh. I could just vent further, but I think enough of us has done that. Although, I laugh in their faces for actually have the backfire of actually promoting it.

But after watching TVXQ on FUSETV! That SERIOUSLY MADE MY DAY!! Nate was classic! "Da Sexy Chin" and "Scrambled Legs" owned it! I loved his interactions with Yunho! And when they did "Da Sexy Chin" did anyone else hear Junsu rapping along in the background. Haha, he never resists a chance to sing along. I cracked up laughing when he was saying hello to some Cassies "Anhong-A-Seh-O" was his pronounciation! And I totally loved his Tshirt. When he spent some SHINee times, that was cute. And the bit where he goes about Girls Generation, "Are they over 18?" pahahhah OMGSH AND HIS KARAOKE! ROFL! That was a crack up! His Korean wasn't too bad actually, I mean for a guy who was just there. And glad to see they got pumped up after their performance and happily hugged Nate.

Don't Say Goodbye - The performance was pretty good. But I think if they perform it more, it would sound better. There was something lacking in this performance, it didn't have that same touch like their usual ballads. If you get what I mean. Please don't clonk me XD!

Honestly, I didn't want to have to point this out but since I've been seeing some rather disappointed comments about them not attending the 3 biggest music awards in Korea...I'm not surprised by their decision. I mean, what with the recent banning of their song- Mirotic, how can everyone expect them to perform the single that topped them on the charts and in album sales?

I also think it's not fair for them because they've worked really hard on this album. Not only that but I feel like they've been rushing, trying to catch up with time. They've been having so many schedules, going back and forth between Korea and Japan. I say give them a break a little.

On their recent performance of wrong number in Music Core they looked suave as usual, the song is warming up to me especially when I see them perform but they do look tired especially if you look at their Don't say goodbye performance. One fan commented that they never looked this crisp in their performances, and I quite agree that the suits they wear on Wrong Number, did add to that effect.

I'm just glad that the boys are healthy, whether they're in Korea or Japan, let's just show them our support. TVXQ HWAITING!!!~

동방신기 측이 지난 11월 말 청소년보호위원회(이하 청보위)가 동방신기 4집을 청소년 유해 매체물로 판정한 것과 관련, 다음 주 법원에 정식으로 효력정지 가처분 신청을 할 예정이다.

DBSK's 4th album was put under the 19 year age banned by the Youth Safety Association on November, however SM.ENT will starting next week file a legal case against this to the Justice Court/ District Court.

동 방신기 소속사인 SM엔터테인먼트(이하 SM) 측은 6일 오후 머니투데이 스타뉴스에 "이번 행정처분에 대한 효력정지 가처분 신청을 다음 주 중으로 관할 법원에 신청할 계획"이라며 "지난 2일 이번 사안에 대한 SM의 입장을 밝힌 이후, 가처분 신청과 관련한 법적 준비를 해 왔다"고 전했다.

DBSK's Management SM Entertainment (SM), quoted by Money Today's Star New : " We will go through administrative measures against the suspension by filing a case next week to the District Court" " We have been getting ready for this legal case on the 2nd "

보건복지가족부 산하 청보위는 지난 11월 27일, 동방신기 4집의 타이틀곡인 '주문-미로틱' 가사가 선정적이라는 이유를 들며 이번 앨범을 청소년 유해매체로 분류했다. 이번 고시는 지난 4일부터 효력이 발생했다.


Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs administration has on the November 27th declared that DBSK's 4rth album's Mirotic's lyrics were provocative and put the album under harmful to the Youth.


청보위에 따르면 동방신기 '주문-미로틱'은 특정 단어가 아닌 가사의 전체적인 맥락에서 유해하다는 판정을 받았다.

The Comission of Youth Protection have said that the words and the meaning of 'Jumon-Mirotic' were not the only problem but the entire lyrics' meaning was harmful and overly sexual.

청보위의 판정이 확정된 직후에도 SM 측은 "결정이 나오기 전 청보위 측에 정확한 가사 해석을 제출했다"면서 "그런데도 이런 결과가 나와 당황스럽다"며 '주문-미로틱'의 노랫말은 선정성과는 전혀 관계없다는 입장을 밝혔다.

you have no idea how happy this made me...oh my gosh, I love SM for sticking up for the boys....if the ban was justified then it would be a different case, but so far, everyone is just left confused as to why they're proclaiming that the Mirotic lyrics are overly sexual...no one would have thot of those words like that until those people with their overly imaginative minds concluded it as such....how ridiculous...I really really hope that SM can win this case...hopefully fans can write letters of disapproval to the association as well in support of SM and DBSK....so that they can feel the pressure of thousands of people who are mad and feel as tho they are bullying the guys for no good reason.
