has anyone actual stuck with this for awhile and saw results? i tried it a couple days ago and i was so sore afterwards, which amazed me cause it was only 20 minutes!

has anyone actual stuck with this for awhile and saw results? i tried it a couple days ago and i was so sore afterwards, which amazed me cause it was only 20 minutes! I've done it for 5 days now. I was supposed to do it yesterday but my heart beat was irregular the whole day so my bf urged me not to. I've been doing 2 lvls at a time instead of the normal 1 though. I alternated like 1-2, 1-3,1-2,1-3 and so forth. After 10 days of that I planned to go 2-1,2-3,2-1 etc... and then go on to 3-1,3-2.. etc. You get my point but after doing that for 5 days my weight is still pretty much the same BUT I have gotten thinner. I'm assuming that i'm losing fat ( I have a lot of it lol ). I think it's working though. Guess I gotta just stick with it and see the results. -------------------- Some say i'm a genius, others say i'm crazy but they all say i'm a little on the weird side |

Hhaha noo you don't have to do 2 lvls at a time. It's originally only supposed to be 1 but I decided to do 2. This workout is designed to make you lose weight with just 20 mins of workout but you really have to give it your all since the workout is only 20 minutes and you can't stop at all. I just decided to do 2 lvls on my own. Gah, I gave it my all. >___< i just finished doing it and I'm sweating more than I did when I did turbo jam. xD I didn't know you needed weights. .____. So all I used was two glue bottles. ROFL. The first time i did this workout, i thought i was going to die and feel like puking
But this is a really good workout! My cousin said that, you have to lose fat before you lose weight? I don't know. But I think you won't lose weight until you lose fat. xD Haha. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong. Personally, I wouldn't put such a huge emphasis on weight. I'd rather SEE the results than see the numbers on a scale going down. Just take pictures and be conscious of where you're at. Look at yourself in the mirror and see which areas seem to be slimming down. Just be aware of your body.

Why did you expect your back to be sore? So even though it's sore don't give up. Honestly I felt like the times I was least sore was when I was working out. Now after doing this for 6 days you'll see a HUGE difference. I used to huff and puff while walking to work and just walking up 2 flights of stairs. Not anymore! You can just do each lvl 10 days each or you can move right onto lvl 2 when you feel like lvl 1 isn't working you hard enough anymore. FIRST DAY TODAY !
after completing level one, i was dripping sweat, and i was out of breath. and i felt like puking for short period of time. but that was exhilarating, and i think its gonna work. i'm gonna try to keep at it. They're ones that my mom bought when she was doing yoga or whatever it was she was doing. I was just thinking to myself today that I need to get heavier weights. What a coincidence.
